There are no appointments on weekends or holidays.
The work is done exclusively, only one client per day.
The design will be developed during the first meeting.
No sketches will be sent.
WORK DEVELOPMENT
CONFIRMATION OF DATES AND PAYMENTS
ONCE CHOSEN, The date will be pre-reserved for 48 hours.
It will be confirmed upon payment of the deposit of USD 300.00 or EUR 300.00, which covers the first meeting, consisting of two sessions.
This amount will be deducted from the total.
THE REMAINING BALANCE Must be paid in full 3 to 5 days before the scheduled date for the first session, even if your tattoo requires additional sessions. This ensures that the payment is processed internationally in time before the tattoo.
The payment details will be sent to you via WhatsApp.
DETAILS AND INSTRUCTIONS
FOR THE SESSION
I will send a reminder message a few days before your scheduled date with information for your session, such as:
Balance payment method, studio address, contact phone number, skin and tattoo care before and after the session, and dress code.
OTHER INFORMATION
NO GUESTS WILL BE ALLOWED
On site, without exception, as concentration and focus are essential throughout the process, and the presence of others may distract. Thank you for your understanding.
CANCELLATION
10 days before the scheduled date or during the design session, the deposit will not be refunded.
If you withdraw during the design session, a charge of 50% of the total price will be applied.
RESCHEDULING
If it is necessary to change the scheduled date, the request must be made at least 10 days in advance. Otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule and confirm a new date.
Only two date and time changes are allowed. If this limit is exceeded, each additional change will incur a new deposit fee.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES, SUN, SEA, POOL, AND SAUNA
Should be avoided for a minimum of 20 days, but I recommend avoiding them for one month after the tattoo,
as they can hinder your healing and affect the final result of your tattoo.
PREGNANCY
I do not tattoo pregnant or nursing women.
GABI RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE DATE OR TIME OF YOUR APPOINTMENT.
